4 Ways To Improve Your Productivity Instantly!

Getting all the things you need to get done can feel like such a mental labor. You procrastinate and try to look for a distraction like organizing your desk(for 5 time that day) to try and prolong what you need to get done. I’ve been there and while you're not always going to be 100 percent efficient(I’m definitely not), you can improve greatly. So here the five things you start implanting immediately:
1). Make a list: I know it’s been said forever but there is a reason for it. What you can see physically in front of you helps to register a bit more of importance. Now with the list you should write down the most important things down first and go from there. Everything isn’t equally urgent.
2). Don’t try to take on too many task: If everything is important then nothing is important. Trying to take on too many things at once will leave you feeling overwhelm and make you seek distractions. Don’t list more than 3 urgent task. More minuscule task is up to you based on your urgent task. We don’t to suffer over analysis paralysis.
3). Just start: Sometimes when it’s all said and done you are better off just starting somewhere than over thinking. Too much overthinking leave you stuck in place. Take the first step even if you don’t know where to start. Start off small if you have too. Just accomplishing one little task can build momentum that carry you on to the next step or actions.
4). Don’t be afraid to block out the noise: An hour or two won’t hurt anybody. Put your phone on silences or somewhere far away like a another room if you have to. You can always check every hour or whenever you finish a task. Don’t be afraid to be selfish with your time.
Well folks that’s all for now. I hope to always provide you with something useful and practical that you use immediately to impact your life. Until next time.
